Refund policy

In stock items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons however, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless faulty. 

Please contact Monica as soon as possible to arrange a return.

All made-to-order items are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item(s) back to Monica Findlay. Please ensure items for return are packaged safely and posted using a tracked, insured service, as Monica cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods when in transit.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
