Shipping policy

Each item is hand crafted by Monica in her Glasgow studio and currently made to order. Please allow 6 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped. If you need your item sooner, please contact monicafindlay.maker@gmail.com.

Depending on the order value, all items that are sent to UK addresses shall be posted with either Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service with insurance and tracking) or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, at a standard rate of £9. A signature is required upon arrival.

All items to be posted internationally shall be posted with a tracked & signed for service. There is a £40 flat rate for international orders. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, sales taxes or other import costs.
